Refund policy

Our maximum days for accepting concerns for exchange policy is 7 days upon receiving of products.

Valid reasons for return & exchange include the following:

1. Product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified online;
2. Faulty, defective, or damaged product;
3. Wrong item is delivered;

Invalid reasons for return & exchange (under the Consumer Act of the Philippines RA 7394)

1. Change of mind
2. Defects caused by mishandling of buyer
